Ok, I ordered one tube of this which took about 10 days to arrive. I wanted to see if it would work on a stubbly area under my chin / jaw bone where I always end up cutting myself :( Obviously if it worked there then the rest of my face shouldn't be an issue...
Attempt 1 - Applied the cream to the under chin area after not shaving for 3 days, I thought it'd maybe work better on slightly longer hairs. Left cream on for just over 4 mins and rinsed off. I was a little surprised that some hairs did actually disappear...not many though. Shaved as normal and let hair grown for another few days.
Attempt 2 - repeated as above and left cream on for 4.5 mins on the same area. As before after rinsing some hairs disappeared. The result is a pretty patchy area, it seems fairly random as to which hairs are got rid of. Shaved as normal.
Attempt 3 - It was fairly noticeable (to me) that the hair in the area I had treated previously didn't feel as bristly as usual after letting it grow for 3 days. The area is probably only 1" square under my chin. It also seemed a little patchy but to be honest I just thought the patchiness and less bristly feel was my imagination. I did the same as in attempt 1 & 2 and rinsed my face as usual, much more hair was removed on this occasion.
Attempt 4 - Same as previous attempt but, there was a distinct lack of hair growth in the teated area and what was there was definitely not as vigorous as usual. Treated the area, left for 4 mins and rinsed. All of the hair in the area with the exception of a few awkward ones were removed.
